When using electronic payment a safe encrypted software system is used through Webshopsystemet, which is a supplier with approval from E-mærket.

 

The shopping system uses cookies for handling of the content in the cart. A cookie is a file that is stored on the users own computer. It is possible to ask the system to store your billing address for your next visit. If you wish to delete this info later on, you can do so by going to you browser settings. With Internet Explorer this is done by going to the menu "functions" and the menu item "Internet settings".

 

When you by a product we ask for your name, address, telephone number, and your email. This information is used exclusively to process the order. The information is transited and stored unencrypted for a five year period. The "contract" is stored at Hængekøje Butikken in a fashion that makes it possible for you to log in and look at or change the status.

 

Furthermore, we register the IP-address from where a purchase is made. This information is normally of no importance, but can be used in case of a police investigation. All false orders are reported to the police.

Find the desired product

 

Put the product in the cart by clicking the bottom "put in basket".

 

You can continue your search for products if you desire to do so.

 

If you regret the content of your cart, and you wish to make changes in fx number of items, you are able to delete context using the "delete" bottom or correct the number of items. Press "update basket", if you wish to see the price after your changes.

 

When you are satisfied with the content go to "checkout". The function bottom is "proceed to checkout".

 

In the next sub page you choose way of payment and delivery,

 

Then you will enter personal information and address of delivery. Click "Continue".,

 

Confirm the order - a capture of the order and your personal data.

 

Your order is send when you push "End purchase". If you leave the site before pressing this bottom the purchase is not completed.

 

The system sends you an order confirmation to the email address you entered in personal info.

 

When your order is send, you will receive an email with details.

 

Payment

 

At Hængekøje Butikken you are able to pay using Dankort, Visa-Dankort, MasterCard, and other international credit cards. The payment is done, when we ship your products.

 

Hængekøje Butikken encrypts all you credit card info using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no one without authorization can read your card number or other info during the transaction with PBS.

 

 

Delivery

 

At Hængekøje Butikken we primarily use Post Danmark for shipping. We usually ship 1-5 days after your confirmed order. If you wish for a speedy delivery, write in the note field when purchasing. For timely delivery Post Danmark need to observe their day-to-day delivery. Hængekøje Butikken is not responsible for any delays made by Post Danmark. In case of major delays (several days) or default deliveries, Hængekøje Butikken will of course ship a new delivery cost free.

Shipping policies

 

At Hængekøje Tropical we wish that you can start enjoying our products as soon as possible. All orders are shipped within a day from the day the payment goes through.

 

Every product comes with instructions regarding hanging ect. The hammocks are packed and send with FedEx International to destinations outside Europe.

 

All orders are send with FedEx International Priority og will be delivered within 4-7 days in America, Europe, Africa, and Oceania.

 

Warranty

 

Hængekøje Butikke provide 2 years warranty in accordance to the sale of goods act, including manufacturing- and material errors, found within normal use of the product. The warranty does not include errors, damages, or wear occurring do to wrongful usage, poor maintenance, or unauthorized intervention. In case of deficiencies, that should be discovered by a normal examination of the product, Hængekøje Butikken should be contacted within reasonable timeframe. The product be returned for repair, substitution, or if agreed upon a possible crediting. In regards to warranty cases Hængekøje Butikken will pay for shipping costs within reason.

Returning of goods are also done to this address, note that we do not accept packages send using COD. Returns can also be done by refusal of reception or by personal delivery at our address. It is not a requirement but the expedition will be quicker if adequate information is in the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and an account number of the bank account to which the reimbursement may be made out to, copies of any. Previous correspondence, etc..

In case of agreed discounts, returned merchandise or prepaid items that are canceled before shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Repayment is usually always by bank transfer and Hængekøje Butikken therefore need information about registration and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive, and may be disclosed in an email or other traditional correspondence.

 

Right of withdrawal

 

Costumers have a 14 days right of withdrawal, starting the day they receive their product. If you choose to regret a purchase, just return the goods in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. When the goods are returned and approved, the purchase price is returned to your account within a few days. The shipping costs of the return are paid by the customer.
